According to STAEHELIN 1973, 82, this Mass is Gaffurius's "Ave Maria [sic] stella" cited in BERWIN-HIRSCHFELD 1892, 91. In this catalogue it is not specified whether this composition is a Mass or a motet, but in ANNALI 1885, 168, a "Missa super Ave Maria stella" for four voices is listed among Gaffurius's compositions in Librone [4].
